TERMS OF SERVICE

Submitted to arbitration and finally settled in accordance with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Arbitration Rules in effect at the time the notice of arbitration is submitted; (ii) This arbitration clause shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong"); (iii) The place of arbitration shall be Hong Kong; ( iv) The number of arbitrators shall be one, appointed by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center; (v) The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

General
